
Correction of Facial Contour: Nose, Chin and Ears
These procedures improve the contour and can be carried out even in very young subjects.
Before The nose gains a softer look, with a straight or slightly concave dorsum, and a slightly upturned tip if so desired. It should look natural and not marked as a "nose job". Anesthesia is local or general, according to what is settled at consultation. The ideal time to have this operation is after 14 years of age.

The eventful "protruding" ears are traumatizing to children who often are unflatteringly nicknamed in school. Therefore, they should be operated at the age of 6 or 7 years, preferably under general anesthesia. Being more cooperative, adults are operated under local anesthesia.
