Skin excess and fat accumulation should be removed on areas such as under the eyes, the chin, the mandible and neck, in order to convey a contour that is harmonious and well defined. The skin is not as "stretched" as before, since both muscles, especially on the neck area, and the fat under it are manipulated for the skin to "repose" gracefully over these structures. This confers a natural and gracious resulting aspect.

When performing an eyelid procedure, the anatomy of this area is meticulously observed so that the patient's expression is maintained and rejuvenated.
